10. Cons:- RUDE and unhelpful staff- Paid wifi, even if you pay it does not work (staff unwilling to resolve the issue)- No fan in the bathroom!- Smelly/poor air-conditioned rooms- TV broken and only two channels available- Early check-in paid.
