1. Had a Kids Suite, very good idea, room was nice and roomy, bathroom was small but ok, but the hygiene and cleanliness were minimal.

10. When we arrived in our room, the tub was disgusting it was filled with black hair, the toilet seat was broken, the fan in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom floor was filthy, as well as, the carpets were not even vaccumed.
