There was nothing at all that made it a resort - no ice machine on our floor, charged to use their computer in the computer room, no spa, and they raise your hopes when they send you after check in across the lobby for your welcome kit which is only a ploy to get you to check out a timeshare and buy tickets for Disney - very misleading.

6. He had a portable small device in his hand, and asked if we were checking in, so we thought that maybe he had a device to help with wait lines and offer a faster check in (not a bad idea), but he was not.
