1. I called Holiday Inn Corporate office and they told me they backed up their hotel management staff and would not refund my money or offer any assistance to me.

3. Priceline said the Holiday Inn would not refund the money for the difference in what I paid for the room and what they were charging OR the extra fees and as for cleanliness.

4. I understand accidents happen but the problem is when I called to straighten it out, not only was the error not corrected they then told me that I wa not getting the refund that their manager had already promised.

She claimed that it is the policy of this Holiday Inn to charge Priceline customers extra fees upon checkout even though they do not have the choice of hotel or the ability to cancel the reservation and receive a refund and even though they have no idea what the Hotel extra 'mandatory' fees are going to be until it is too late.
