5. My opinion of this establishment is based on the following: had to have maintenance come up and fix safe on the first day (wouldn't lock), our room went uncleaned an entire day (we were not on the property from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.), there was a turantula in our room (yes -- a huge spider of which I took pictures) which required two horrified men at 11:00 pm to kill, fire alarms going off during the night (yes, evacuations to tower one -- oddly enough, tower two never even knew), small over-crowed pool of which we never saw anybody tending to, bar/lounge that didn't open until 3:00 p.m. and, the killer one, we left the property for a day only to return and find our prepaid room had been rented out to somebody else who actually was kind enough to return some of our personal possessions--several items, however, mysteriously disappeared 'it was a housekeeping error' was all we got from the manager.
