1. The only thing I had a difficult time with is the bathroom non skid stuff in the bathtub had worn down and I fell very hard hitting my tailbone and head.

4. The heat in my room went out and when the front desk was notified it took the (technician) maintenance guy an hour to get to my room and when he finally got there I also told him that I was having issues with the hot water in the bathroom.

The slight down-sides to this hotel:- wait staff too attentive - they were like ninjas waiting to take any plate/silverware that were put down/appeared empty even for 1 second!- No ATM in the hotel even though in-room info states otherwise- Grout in bathroom tile floor was FILTHY- I was 2 doors away from elevators.
