1. The hotel room was comfortable, modern decor, comfy bed, plenty closet space, towels, etc. We discovered something in our room that housekeeping should have found when cleaning, and when reported to the desk initially, it was brushed off.

4. The check-in counter apologized and said they would have housekeeping refill the water bottles, but the next day the mini fridge was missing altogether and I had to again go through some hoops to find drinking water during my 45 minute workout.
