1. We got back this evening & had clean towels (which I requested) but the dirty ones were still piled on the floor.

5. The hotel room was comfortable, modern decor, comfy bed, plenty closet space, towels, etc. We discovered something in our room that housekeeping should have found when cleaning, and when reported to the desk initially, it was brushed off.
