1. The carpet had seen better decades, the color had deteriorated from age and not shampooing The bathroom tiles were stained, as was the toilet seat, as was a towel.

8. The walls fairly banged up with a lot of scuffs etc. By far my biggest CON for this property was that the entry & bathroom tile was dirty, as was the carpet (many stains).
