2. The location is quiet, serene and pastorial, the surrounding grounds, landscaping and exquisite Coconut Grove were gorgeous and amazing.

3. Grass and landscaping are cut/trimmed, but not terribly inviting or pleasant, The main buildings face each other across a large expanse of grass, so one can pretty much see the entire resort when you walk out of your room.
