1. Free wifi in rooms and thru out whole property is very reliable.

2. We thought the amenities were fantastic especially when my kids were 'beached out'- the $10 resort fee, which I thought was quite reasonable, covered free wifi (that worked!), unlimited DVD and playstation rental- my kids couldn't get enough of that.

7. Service was BEST in class and the entire team was doing everything to make the vacation as good as possible (free wifi, full laundry sce, 24/24 access to microwave, ice, coffee tea, toaster) .

8. There's free internet WiFi connection near the lobby - not sure if it's theirs or if it's like that always - but I was able to use it whenever I wanted to.

9. I didn't even want the stuff it was supposed to pay for - I don't care about having a PlayStation in my room, I don't want to rent DVDs on vacation, and if I want wifi I can find a cafe.
