4. the rooms offers a generous-sized flat panel lcd tv, complimentary bottles of water, bliss bath products, small coffee maker, and most importantly for us, FREE wi-fi!the lobby is a great place to hang out - cool vibe and music.

5. The furnishings and lobby have a European feel, and it's all very design-y and cool - I love the in-room magazine selection and the bath products are specially made for Aloft by the fantastic Bliss company (you can buy them online but they're expensive, like other Bliss products).

Fluorescent lights covered by colorful cloth, mattresses on the floor (or a two inch platform) with no box springs, no furniture in the room (a built-in shelf type thing against the wall to sit on or put the luggage), no bath, just a combined commode/shower room with a couple of floor drains and a cheap shower curtain dividing the two uses, and a sliding door/panel between the lavatory and shower/commode area that lacks a couple of inches from complete covering the hole.
