1. The Anchor piece in the room is the large headboard that one side has the bed and nightstands, the other has your closet, and it acts like a room divider.

3. The rooms are on the smaller side at the Aloft, but it's designed well and they make it work with a built in desk, wall mounted tv, built in closet space, and a walk in shower.
