Generally The staff were really helpful and gave very clear advice about areas to avoid etc. The hallways & stairwells were clean and well maintained but I did wonder if I had come to a very old hotel so it was a pleasant surprise to find the room itself looked as if it had been relatively recently renovated with a nice mixture of modern features incorporating the older ones (like the claw foot bath).

3. I'm no carpenter but I would recommend ditching the kitchenettes, adding larger bath vanities, coffee packages, clothes hangers, and the drapes I saw in the ad.
