1. The night manager was helpful when I was sick and brought up some cleaning products so i could at least disinfect and also got me some change one night when I was too exhausted to walk down the street but need desperately to wash.

4. Still close enough to the Tenderloin to bring trouble to the streets in front of our hotel where police came with sirens several times during the night.

7. I guess you do get what you pay for though and the rooms are priced quite cheaply, I think I would definitely have a better view of this hotel if we had not been in a room directly on the street and could have gotten a few hours sleep.

8. It wasn't even a weekend and there were people screaming in the street, running up and down with shopping trolleys etc, this continued all night long.

9. If you are staying in this hotel i would recommend to ask for a room away from the street.

10. the only not go so good part was you do tend to hear a lot of street traffic- at least our room did- a lot of firetrucks!so just be aware.
