2. The night manager was helpful when I was sick and brought up some cleaning products so i could at least disinfect and also got me some change one night when I was too exhausted to walk down the street but need desperately to wash.

5. Before it was a great place to stay with friendly managers, clearn rooms, etc. Now with the new management, they jack you around with the rates - changing even after quoting a price, post notes on your door to come and pay them before the money is due, etc. The feel has really changed in this once very nice place.

9. From DayOne when I arrived from the East Coast with over 200 pounds of luggage, I was greetedwarmly by Mike, the Night Manager, who carried all of my luggage up three flights of stairs to my room.
