1. The carpets were badly stained and dingy, and the grout, tub and tiles in the master bath were gray and dirty.

4. The condo was very big, it had two full baths, large living room, updated kitchen, ocean view etc. We were on the third floor, which was a bit unfortunate since my grandmother was with us and taking the stairs can be a bit hard on her.

10. It is a condo complex, so different condos have different owners, decor, etc. The unit we stayed in this trip was a bit tired maintenance-wise compared to others (eg, one bath could have used new caulk & a better door), but we were quite happy overall.
