1. On our last day on Kauai our plane did not leave till 9:30 PM, so we asked about a late check-out.

3. Allyson, at the front desk, was especially helpful and even offered a hospitality suite to be used after my check-out time on my date of departure, so I could shower and relax before the long flight back to the mainland.
