1. I was not offered an interior corridor room or a balcony-not a big deal but it is the service I have come to expect as a loyal customer.

We got 2 double beds in our room even though there was only 2 of us and staff were accommodating in letting us choose where we wanted and if we wanted balcony etc. Main pool was being refurbished which was a shame although from what we could see there was just the pool with plastic sunbeds, no pool bar/snack bar or anything like that - once again more like a motel.
