7. Cons: Thin walls (we were in a downstairs room and could hear every step and toilet flush), noisy AC, small bathroom (door barely cleared toilet), noise from pool, couch bed extremely uncomfortable to the point of being almost useless.

8. Beats any hotel near the beach and you don't have to deal with expensive parking, traffic, and noise.

9. Our room faced the freeway, but it was quiet because there is very little traffic on this road and the rooms had to be well insulated because we never heard any road noise.
