1. It's set back from the street on spacious grounds with lots of greenery and trees, and the room was serenely quiet at night.

5. So to sum it up, if you don't need to stay in Goleta, for the same price stay in sb near the beach or state street where you can walk to a multitude of destinations.

9. Santa Barbara beaches, State Street, the SB Zoo, Sterns Wharf and all the SB has to offer are within a 5-10 mins of the hotel.

10. so much more convenient than staying in SB, yet shopping & eating in SB is just a short drive down Highway 101 (or straight down Hollister to State Street).
