7. I called the second place (RW) and spoke to a nice supervisor(Ernicio sorry canot spell) that said he would leave my reservation open until I saw the room and found it suitable to stay the whole visit.

9. I know that it is not the first thing that your supposed to think of when looking for a hotel, but after a 16 hour flight i like to check in to my room and go upto the club floor for a quick drink.
