1. It would have been nice to be able to use the computer/internet for free, but for some reason they (like many hotels) love to nickel and dime you on this.

5. We got a Valentine's package which was definitely worth the extra $70 it cost as we got free valet parking, a $50 dining credit, free bottle of champagne, free cookies, and a $10 gift certificate to Cacao.

9. You'd have to find a spot several blocks west of that area to find free parking, or you could park on the other side of the river and take a bus to the hotel.

10. 95/day charge for wifi in the rooms, (not even free in the lobby) which in this day and age seems a little odd.
