5. Parking on street was not an issue either, we were there on a Mon/Tues, so it may be worse on weekends, but area around hotel (2 blocks or so) are pretty quiet.

7. Our stay in Portland was so much better because Vina at recommended great beer bars (Rogue, Deschutes!, Henrys), great neighbourhoods to walk through (23 & 21 streets), best bookstore, and how to use the public transit.
