2. Yes, it LOOKS like a 4 start from the valets waiting on you outside and the nice old Hollywood touches at check-in but that's where it ends.

7. The bell staff were very helpful, check-in was a breeze, Gracie's (the hotel restaurant) has delicious food, Driftwood (the bar) is cozy, the rooms were very clean and modern looking, bed was comfortable, Aveda products, old Hollywood movie pictures, and the location was great.
