Pool area was a little crazy with all of the people but nice - however they hoarded the towels in a back room yet we were told at the front desk that pool towels were at the pool- Went to the front desk to complain about no towels at the pool- was told ' there should be an attendant in the pool area' When i stood there and stared replying, ' I would not be standing here if i received help in the pool area, she finally said that she would call 'someone' I finally went to the back area of the pool to find a kid in the back and asked him for towels- He replied - 'everyone winds up taking them up to the room, so we don't put them out' as he handed me 4 towels from the overflowing laundry cart full of clean towels.
