1. We used the room service a couple of times and they were always timely and the food was tasty (though you are definatly paying for the convenience!) Great location downtown.

Here are the pros and cons:Pros:- Excellent location- Nice clean updated room- Great view- Comfortable bed- Clean spacious bathroom- Good water pressure and heat- Friendly staff - very professional and respectfulCons:- Asked for king bed when I made the reservation but was given a room with two queens.
