1. (It amazes me the inexpensive chains like Best Western give you internet access for free, while upscale hotels like Hyatt charge for it!) The Regency Club is always nice and well worth it.

3. I would strongly suggest to offer these bottles of water free of charge as a small perk (like mints on the pillow or toothpaste in the bathroom) for this 5-star hotel as it cheapens its image to do this.
