1. Big money for parking, learned the hard way to always ask at downtown hotels buts its amazing how they all try to stick the guest.

2. Grand Hyatt obviously spent alot of money on the beds which were quite nice, but if they were looking to ensure a good night sleep for their guests they should pay more attention to the doors.

3. Overall I would highly recommend the Hyatt from the friendly staff, location, service, quality for your money defintely would stay here again if back in Denver.

6. I contacted my bank and they said it was not an authoriation from the hotel, but an actual charge and that the Hyatt has receiced the money.

8. she is in the accounting department, and after about 15 minuted on hold with her she said that the money should have been sent to travel online and not taken out of my checking account, I am not sure why travel online gets that money.
