1. Everyone we encountered from the front desk, to the doorman, to a waiter in the elevator had a sence of pride and professionalism that will not be soon duplicated by other hotels.

3. I mention this as it turns out the hotel has a vehicle for quick trips - just ask the front desk and they are happy to run you out and about, up to 5 mins from the hotel.

8. I had a nice experience with the sales (Logan who responded to me very quickly), the Front Desk (Phil who helped me on site with the welcome packets and rooming list), the Bellmans (Gabriel who gave me good directions and advise for restaurants and bars, Jason and Damien who are really nice.
