5. The room I was originally given didn't have a bathtub, so I called to see if I could be moved--they found a great replacement and even sent someone up to help move my bags.

6. The shower was great, with an overhead and a hand held, although I wish there was a way to control water pressure (might have been possible with the control on the overhead, but I could never reach that!) There was also a bathtub.

7. Super-comfortable, bed (rivals the heavenly ones)--slept very well, TV stand, plenty of available outlets, I-pod dock, and THE nicest bathrooms w/Aveda products, a beautiful marble shower & separate bathtub.

8. The bed was divine, the linens exceptional and cozy, the wireless service reliable, the robe and towels fluffy, and the bathtub was something I would have liked to smuggle home in my suitcase.
