With limited time available, the hotel's concierge made a dinner reservation at the hotel's outstanding Kevin Taylor Restaurant, obtained tickets to a musical performance in the Denver Performing Arts Complex that evening, and did all of our pre-flight arrangements with an airline we flew out on the next day.

I ate breakfast at Prima (Italian restaurant although breakfast isn't Italian at all) and Kevin Taylor (more foodie/high end but they are making an effort to make it more 'accessible' by offering a 3-course prix fixe dinner which I thought was reasonable for $45 although I opted for a 4-course menu for $60 since I wanted to try more things), both adjacent to the hotel - you don't even need to walk outside to enter either.
