Pros:-Has a decent restaurant (burgers are great)-Indoor and outdoor pool-free business center with printer-Attached to the waterpark-free parkingCons:-Charge for wifi in room-Inconsistent wifi service-Conferences seem to always be going on and makes for cluttered / crammed hallways-No complimentary breakfast, and while traveling with children that is important to me-Hate to say it, but the rooms (especially the floors) seem underkept and dirty.

7. I stayed at a Crowne Plaza in another city recently, and because of my Platinum/Ambassador status, I was given a free meal in their restaurant.
