1. Kinda of a weird set up small kitchenette area closest to the balcony.

2. The living area was very spacious, with a sofa,a table and 4 chairs, a desk and a very good office chaire, even had a kitchenette and a fireplace included ( I imagine it must be very cosy in winter).
