2. Room was moderately clean, we found a dried biscuit on the floor that didn't belong to us, and didn't even get maid service one day until we'd called 4 times, yikes.

3. And maid service is really only fresh towels, trash (if you're lucky), and making the bed, they don't clean the sinks or bathrooms or anything.

4. Had to call for maid service (finally arrived at 4:30) they were in the room less than 10 minutes and it is no wonder there was debris under chairs as housekeeping only vacuumed the middle of the room.
