1. The service there was good, the staff inside that checked us in and concierge were very helpful and friendly, however the valets outside.

Bottom - I never spoke with a concierge that was more helpful than Michael , he hooked us up with shows, tours & meals at super savings, To Top - Pool on the roof , spent most of our mornings up there , never crowded , plenty of chairs & towels , and everywhere in between - rooms were Great coffee maker , dishes & silverware , morning paper , micro , fridge , toaster , big screens.
