1. BUT, when it was my day for thorough cleaning (every 3rd day if I recall) I could write my name in the nightstand and none of the floors (bath & carpets) had been cleaned or vacuumed, glass dining table hadn't been cleaned, and the kitchen had barely been wiped-down.

3. When we have traded our week before, we would recieve in exchange a like unit to the one we own in Hilton Head, (Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen with dinning room, living room, patio and laundry with three tvs, and free wifi).

8. The first room we get to we arrive with the porter and for some reason the bath was overflowing and hot water was running, so the room was full of condensation.
