1. The Wifi is free in the room, it only shows as a charge if you are not staying in the hotel and therefore not paying the resort fee I imagine to stop just anyone from using it that happens to be visiting the hotel and casino.

2. The rooms are high tech but most are these days all control from central panels shades, curtains ligths etc. Complimentary 2 bottles of water and wifi, fitness centre (never used) and local calls all included in the 25 dollar resort fee which was good for me as I have about 4 devices needing internet.
