1. I explained the situation and I received the SAME response- I'm sorry to hear that, is there anything else I can help you with?' I was very surprised to hear such a smug response from a manager that should have a priority of making every guest happy.

The girl at the check in desk and the manager resovled the situation and were very nice however the jist of the story is that during my reservation process and also after calling casino marketing the morning I left no one decided it was a good idea to mention that they would withold room cost which I expected and amenities and a security deposit which I did not to the tune of $500.00.
