5. The cheaper restaurants are great value - Red 8 is fabulous, and La Cave is a wonderful hideaway with taster wine trays and cool small plates of yummy goodies, with a great location especially if you sit outside.

6. Elsewhere I would recommend the Julian Serrano cafe at the new Aria hotel for amazing proper spanish food, and the Mesa Grill, Bobby Flay's restaurant at Caesar's palace for the best Banana Cream Pie you may ever experience, plus great Margaritas of course.
