1. There is a separate couple of pools for tower suite guests in addition to use of the main pools, the service by the staff is efficient and attentive.

Booked a suite & a room for my family in the tower suites, rooms were great, let down by management attitude & greed, after spending a lot of money during six days stay , requested 2 hours check out delay (due to late flight time), the request was declined unless I pay half day rate which we found excessive & unreasonable, to add to this front desk staff ( suppose to be the best) were unhelpful .

5. But, for me, what made the Wynn truly special was the professionalism, warmth, and friendliness of EVERY staff member that we encountered - pool attendants & lifeguards, maids, store clerks, front desk receptionists, restaurant servers, security guards, etc..
