1. The room itself was nicely decorated, but a strange layout, and the windows opened to a very narrow air shaft.

Thankfully I was able to secure a room at the 4 season (Which is AMAZING compared to the Driskell) So we rushed back to the hotel to pack up, called in for the car to be brought around and checked out, only to have to wait for OVER ONE HOUR for the valet to finally bring the car around apparently they had lost the key (at this point we had 2 managers coming outside and trying to calm down my girlfriend who now had less than 40 minutes to get ready and to the wedding over 35mins away).
