1. The front desk staff member corrected it with no problem but I would highly recommend going over your final bill with a fine tooth comb.

2. The initial front desk clerk swiped our credit card to the wrong room to which we got a bill a month later even though we left the hotels with the mgr giving us a ckout recipt with a zero bal.

3. This was a get away after the holiday busy season for my wife and I and the Driskall lived up to the billing.

4. Fourth, after my family left the following day, the hotel moved me into what I requested ('a sexier room') and it turned out to be a king suite, with corner views of the city, and I was unaware until I settled my bill, but they threw in the minibar as part of the package.

10. My complimentary drink and meal where kind of a hassle, they just charged it to the room, expecting it would be taken off and we had to go back and get them to clear it from out bill.
