2. i called the hotel and the manager got back to me and sayed they didnt find bed bugs just bugs all over the floor and rushed me of the phone as quick as possible.

The manager just said ' pools in California are often not heated' which seemed like a pretty irritating answer, especially considering its the only motel/Inn I and others have stayed in this area that has no heat ( family/friends have satyed at 3 others that all had heated pool and similar price) .

7. We had seen enough, so I went to the office and asked the manager for a refund and he very rudely told me that I would have to call hotels.

8. The manager wasn't interested in coming to check the room out or anything, he didnt even apologise for the bedbugs or dirty room.

9. The Quality In gave me my last night in one of the rooms for half price due to the pool and breakfast issues but I had to complain 3 times to get any offer of anything - talked to 2 staff over 3 days then finally got the manager.

10. We were then referred to the hotel manager - Dorina, who called 'Choice International' directly to find out the guidelines on how to process the debit card as part of our payment.
