1. The front desk was helpful and courteous and a non functioning fridge in our room was replaced by a new one right away.

2. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast has eggs yogourt and fruit as well as the usual continental things such as doughnuts and waffles (they have three waffle irons!) so it's quick and quite sufficient.
