1. The front desk thought it was appropriate to give us a $7 refund on our 2 rooms which totaled $320.

7. There are some good points to the hotel: it was very close to the convention center; the restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful; the bar staff is very nice; the morning staff at the front desk is very enjoyable (however, the night staff is NOT.
