2. This was better, but still the same issue of dirt, crumbs, etc in corners of places, against baseboards, along window sills, etc. And don't expect a lot of extras (except the crumbs and dirt and stuff) - one bar of soap that you need to share between the shower and the sink.

3. It's accessible from the Tangerine Bar, has super comfy lounge chairs, and state-of-the-art sound system.

4. There are some good points to the hotel: it was very close to the convention center; the restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful; the bar staff is very nice; the morning staff at the front desk is very enjoyable (however, the night staff is NOT.

10. Special mention must go to Mike the doorman who was always helpful, Roberta at the Tangerine grill bar who was a great source of local knowledge and all the reception staff and the Breakfast staff in the Tangerine grill .
