4. The seat was broken on our toilet, and was fixed when we told the maid about it, but how is it that the maid NEVER noticed in the first place, BEFORE a guest checked in.

5. ***remember to tip your maids daily, don't save it for the last day because there usually is a different maid every day!***the front desk staff was always very friendly and always accommodated us with anything we needed, and answered our questions promptly and professionally.

6. Next would be in the landscaping right outside of the room was a female product applicator and that was there our whole trip and was in plain site of the maid I am sure.
