1. It's very difficult to bathe a 5 yr old in a shower stall and there was nowhere to place your shampoo bottles except on the shower floor (bathtub would be easier).

2. Yes, it has the same bed and decor, but it is much tighter (the bed is about 2 feet away from the bathroom door) with a tiny bathroom + tiny shower--no bathtub, one computer chair/desk, an old AC/heat unit, tiny closet, and a regular TV.
