1. Our room was 311, just at the corner of the building and mostly shielded from the street noise, and the higher numbers are at the back of the building, facing the quiet neighborhood of Cow Hollow.

4. A refurbished lodging on SF's old Lombard Street Motel Row, La Luna has artfully updated itself while still retaining enough period cheeze to be a good choice in an otherwise indifferent neighborhood.

6. Not great location, a little far from Fisherman's wharf and downtown, but if you like to walk or have a car it's fine (the neighborhood is a little freaky at first but finally very safe even at night.
